When will my order ship?

I handcraft each order throughout the week and ship within 7 days of purchase. As a one-person operation, I personally handle all aspects of packing and shipping, so I truly appreciate your patience as I work to fulfill your order!

Will my order have tracking?

All orders come with tracking, EXCEPT for sticker-only purchases, which are not tracked to keep shipping costs affordable.

Marked delivered, but not there?

Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered, but customers may have difficulty locating their order. In these situations, please keep in mind that we have the same tracking information as you do, and to the best of our knowledge, your order has reached its destination.

We recommend contacting your local post office or mail courier service for further assistance. They can help you connect with your mail carrier or determine if your package is being held for any reason. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages or those delivered to the wrong address by the mail courier. Once an order leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of its delivery and cannot be held liable for any mistakes made by the mail courier.

Do you offer shipping to my country?

I currently ship worldwide, except to the EU due to the new GSPR regulations effective December 13, 2025. For lower prices, North American customers can order directly from my website (the super epic site you're on right now!). International customers can use the link below to order from my Etsy shop!

📩Returns/Exchanges📤

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read all item descriptions carefully before placing an order, as each product page includes detailed dimensions and specifications. 🩹Damaged/Missing Item📭

Comfy Sprout Co is managed, processed, and fulfilled by one person, so some human error is occasionally expected. This also means that damage during shipping, while uncommon, is possible and outside of my control.

If you receive damaged items, please take clear, well-lit photos and send them to comfysproutco@hotmail.com. We’ll review the photos and work with you to resolve the issue.

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us at the same email so we can make it right! We always strive to ensure your satisfaction and make things worthwhile.

If you receive extra items, duplicates, or something you didn’t order, feel free to keep it! Even if it was a mistake, it’s yours to enjoy.
