Comfy Sprout Co is managed, processed, and fulfilled by one person, so some human error is occasionally expected. This also means that damage during shipping, while uncommon, is possible and outside of my control.
If you receive damaged items, please take clear, well-lit photos and send them to comfysproutco@hotmail.com. We’ll review the photos and work with you to resolve the issue.
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us at the same email so we can make it right! We always strive to ensure your satisfaction and make things worthwhile.
If you receive extra items, duplicates, or something you didn’t order, feel free to keep it! Even if it was a mistake, it’s yours to enjoy.
